If the last posting wasn't bad enough then this one is the mother of them all.
Yes we got Hammered this Year, and the positive outlook has been reduced to an ensemble of of 'what ifs ' and 'how could this have happened?' Sadly I am not the only one looking at this years market collapse with a sense of disappointment, We did see it coming and to say that it was unexpected is entirely untrue.
To cut a long story very short, all I can say is lets move on and forget all the rubbish.
We need to focus to get Next Year right.
Bars are an unusual place to go for business tutorials but if there are talking points to pick up from there, then it is a good idea to sit and listen to what others have to say even if they are not involved at all. All reader comments are appreciated of course but bear in Mind that such comments are not moderated if you know what I mean.
As for any kind of dividend payout that is strictly off the table this year.
2012 has not been a complete disaster of course, there have been improvements made all through the year and those processes will continue despite the setbacks.
One of those processes is called S.H.T.E. or Storage, handling and treatment of Excrement. This is an attempt to make a cost into a source of revenue by studying ways to create usable fertilizer at low cost for sale. The ingredients are free, and the process is simple. In fact the cruder the method, the less cost needs to be incurred for provisions like packaging and labor. I am seriously looking at this as an alternate income source to have money to roll so that I don't have to worry about Animal Sales and the associated volatility of such. It is a paper project for now, but I don't see any other alternative on the horizon.
This year also saw improvements in the business organization end, we have confirmed the employment of someone to do costings, accounting and such, to get us a better picture of our finances unlike last years fiasco, where we had record sales and missing sales receipts!
All I can say is that our preparations are all in advanced stages but that is only because we have preparing for the worst all year long.
As for our little band of heroes, they have had the wind knocked out of their sails, by the unexpected and shocking dismissal of two under performing wastes of space. I certainly do not regret the Sackings of such persons but alas I will have to replace them. This isn't so much of a problem, the issue is that continuing tussle between what work is acceptable or not, is just another foray into never ending pointlessness. All work is acceptable regardless and I also hate having to repeat myself. (signed Adolph H.)
Also the possibility of one of them having a criminal record is disturbing, but until solid proof arises there is little that can be done.
Lorries and Transportation will become a focus, because its cost is rising due to unservicibility. Alas this problem is only a cost and it must be done away with. The REAL problem with this, is of course, the pack of monkeys that use them and whatever damage that gets done to the vehicles ought to be something that you should cut from their salaries. I don't want to be this picky but if I have to, I have no choice.
